If you are ready to get rid of your Christmas tree now through January 7th you can get your tree picked up curbside for free. CMSD will pick up your tree for all solid waste customers on your regular trash pickup day.
The Christmas tree must have no lights or decorations or tree stand and, must not be in a bag to be picked up. If your tree is taller than 6 feet tall you will need to cut it down so keep that in mind.
