January 19th 2023: This weekend on the Julianne and George Argyros Plaza in front of the Segerstrom Center for the Arts is a free Adaptive Yoga class. The class is from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm and chairs will go on weather permitting. Participants can also bring their own yoga mat or blanket if preffered.
The class is open for all abilities and a live musician will accompany the class and a Studio D faculty member will lead the activity. Caregivers are also encouraged to participate. Bring a sweater or jacket to have in case because it can get cold.

Food & Beverages:
Food and beverages will be available for purchase from the nearby George’s Cafe or you can bring your own but no outside alcohol, glass containers, barbecues or food preparation is allowed on the plaza.
Parking:
Parking is free after validation, park in the Central Tower parking structure and bring your ticket to the plaza for validation.
