July 20th 2023: OC Bus has been adding a lot of new buses across Costa Mesa and, Orange County in general.
The new buses have soft comfortable padded seats which is welcome as some of the older buses have hard plastic seats. I understand why bus companies pick the plastic seats as less maintenance but the new soft seats are a welcome addition.
Another welcome addition on the new buses is the two USB chargers on each seat pictured below with the blue light above it. Generally these aren’t super powerful but they they could stop your battery from continuing to drain or at least slow it down as you use your phone or tablet.
