This space was the site another sandwich company Bronx Sandwiches so its interesting its replacement is a similar restaurant. The competition for sandwich companies in Costa Mesa is intense with multiple chains so it will be interesting how this latest entrant fares. Board & Brew has opened multiple locations recently across Orange County as well as San Diego County.
